POSITION SUMMARY:
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing our digital and social media marketing initiatives. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating captivating content, this role will be pivotal in increasing brand awareness, connecting with our target audience, and driving lead generation. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of digital trends, exceptional project management skills, and a results-driven mindset.
KEY POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital and social media marketing strategies that align with company goals.
- Create compelling and engaging content to foster brand awareness, enhance online presence, and connect with audiences across various platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive execution of web design, digital campaigns, and social media content.
- Oversee website messaging, user experience (UI/UX), and optimization to deliver an exceptional online journey.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors' activities, and emerging technologies to advise on content improvements.
- Manage and maintain content calendars across multiple platforms, ensuring consistency and timeliness.
- Utilize data analytics to measure and track KPIs, website traffic, social media engagement, and conversion rates.
- Lead strategic email campaigns to engage existing customers and prospects, driving open rates and meaningful interactions.
- Collaborate with the graphics and IT teams to produce high-quality visual assets, including photography, videos, and graphics.
- Continuously optimize user experiences through data-driven insights, enhancing website performance and engagement.
- Leverage storytelling techniques to develop narratives that resonate with audiences and form emotional connections.
Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create digital and social marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals.
- Identify target audiences, customer personas, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for campaigns.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, digital marketing tools, and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, search engines, email, display advertising, and more.
- Create compelling and relevant content for different digital channels to engage the target audience and encourage conversions.
- Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI and achieve campaign objectives.
Content Creation:
- Develop and oversee the creation of high-quality and engaging content, including text, images, videos, infographics, and other multimedia assets.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all digital platforms.
Social Media Management:
- Manage social media accounts, including content scheduling, community engagement, and audience growth.
- Monitor social media trends and conversations, responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
- Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
- Conduct keyword research, optimize on-page elements, and develop link-building strategies.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools.
- Provide regular reports on key metrics, insights, and recommendations for optimization.
KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience (5 years) in digital marketing, with a focus on campaign management and strategy.
- College degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools, analytics platforms, etc.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Experience in strategic email campaign creation and execution, driving open rates and engagement.
- Understanding of web design standards, UI/UX principles, and web optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with sales programming, promotions, and customer engagement strategies.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Creativity and the ability to think outside the box to develop innovative campaigns.
